Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

The goal of CBT is to help you correct patterns that are causing distress or impeding on your ability to function well in your everyday life. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, social nervousness, or obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), CBT may be a good fit.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

With ACT, you can learn how to accept the challenges that come with life. Dean may use ACT if you have anxiety, depression, or OCD as it can show you how to embrace your thoughts and feelings rather than fight them.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
